As a small company we pride ourselves on the ability to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service. We understand the long hours and hard work that goes with being successful. The last thing we want is for you not to be able to reach us.
We continuously monitor call volume and adjust our staffing needs accordingly. We understand that you may only have one chance during an entire day to reach us and we want to be ready. Orders in by 3:00pm are processed that same day and our goal is to ship stock products within three business days.
All orders are followed-up with acknowledgments and questions if necessary. On our Frequently Asked Questions page we have a number of our most asked questions already answered for you.
